How Much is Too Much?

Lake Isabella, CA
Yes, Spennie, I’ll keep it to the facts! Sunday rampaged at the Lake. Average number was around the mid 20’s. Our smallest board and 4.0 sail and I was good to go. Yeah, right. Truthfully, the wind was clearly 15 and 47 miles per hour, making a proper rigging choice impossible. Hauling Ass was randomly unavoidable, along with periods of flailing and tailwalking.
Oh too bad, that work thing tomorrow– gotta go. Even the dog was glad to jump in the car and go home. Ahh, home sweet home, and pleasantly spent. Hey… where did all these bruises come from?
